Ben looked at it and found the internal speaker had failed. Since the whole unit was already pretty outdated he gave us the choice to either repair it or just upgrade to something newer. Constant static, couldn't hear anyone half the time. Jonah came out and took a look and was pretty upfront that repairing it wasn't going to be worth the money long term. He suggested an Akuvox intercom that would work with our existing wiring which was nice since we didn't have to redo anything. Clean install, walked us through the mobile access and video stuff. Huge upgrade from what we had before.
